The new marina is taking shape, located just to the west of the Waikiti Beach and Clubhouse. This area had originally been designated for an art gallery, but the gallery never materialized.

The new marina is smaller and leaner than the last one. Rather than set up small individual slips, we’ve left it fairly open for now to see how that goes.

As before, the marina is open to all residents. The ‘rules’ are brief:
- please do not use more than 60 prims
- please only moor boats that are theme / period friendly(*)

(* if you are going to leave a boat moored here, we ask that it fits with the tropical island theme and the early 20th century period, i.e. pre-WW2 / 1900 – 1930ish. )

We may do some tweaking of the marina area over the next little while, but generally, we expect to keep it in this position and size. As always, if there are any questions please feel free to contact me.
