The Waikiti Mall was opened up in late March 2007. Its main function is to provide a commercial venue that is available to the residents and friends of Waikiti.

The mall's flagship store is Atashi's Art and Oddities Shop, which occupies the entire first floor, basement level, and part of the third floor.

The second floor features a number of shops, including:
